Of course, this kind of clapping needs to be done like you are doing an exercise. That’s why you need to follow the steps to receive benefits.

  • Step 1: Apply some coconut oil, mustard oil or a mixture of both oils on the palms so that while clapping, it easily gets absorbed by the body
  • Step 2: Wear socks and some soft shoes to prevent leakage of the energy waves that are generated in the body
  • Step 3: Sit straight. You can sit normally or also in padmasana or vajrasana.
  • Step 4: Now laterally lift your arms. Your lower arm and fingers should be towards the roof, making a 90-degree angle with your upper arm and shoulders.
  • Step 5: Open your palms wide, keep your upper body tight and straight, and Strike both hands against each other firmly from right to left, keeping the arm straight and a little loose and the palms facing each other.
  • Step 6: Ensure that while clapping the fingertips and the palm of each hand should strike each other

And repeat. Keep breathing while moving your arms. If your palm feels warm, don’t worry. That’s because it happens when blood circulation has increased.

So, if you are happy or not, just clap your hands!

Note: Perform the clapping therapy in the morning hours for 20 to 30 minutes to get the maximum results.
